Dear NCERA-101 members, Leo Lobato Kelly & Karmafresh are excited to welcome you to the 2025 NCERA-101 annual meeting being held in Monterrey, Mexico. Initial details for transportation and hotel bookings are provided below. Registration details will follow in the coming week.
Transportation to hotels:
When arriving at Monterrey International Airport (MTY)
It is recommended that one only use Airport Taxis to get to the hotel. (Uber is not allowed at the airport) Upon arrival at the airport, if several persons arrive at the same hour, there are Cab services with springer type vehicles that can carry as many 8-12 persons. Upon exiting customs the visitors should walk out and to the right there are electronic kiosks which are easy to find. Monterrey is a very bilingual City, so just by saying Taxi people will point them in the right direction.
During the conference and if you had to book at hotels other can the main conference venue, taxis, UBER and DIDI ride-share services are available and can be used to get to our main conference venue Hotel Chipinque.
Conference Venue
Our conference venue is the Hotel Chipinque which has 35 double-bed rooms (up to 4 persons) and 7 single-bed rooms (2 persons). (Note: rollaway beds may be added to single bed rooms). Check in at the conference rate is available from April 5 with check out April 9. Single and double: $83.00 per night. NB. Some early arrivals on 4th or late departures on 10th many be accommodated at the regular hotel rates.
Please make an effort to reserve doubles providing two names per room, and indicate you are confirming rooms for the NCERA-101 Conference.
